We have been fortunate to have begun partnerships with many great Franchisees over the past 8 years, and in order to maintain the level of support we can give to each of them individually we are only looking for a relatively small number of new Partners to join us.

However, given the huge opportunity still for growth within the UK we will be looking for larger Franchisees, so individuals or companies with access to sufficient funds and the ability to open multiple units from year one. Our stores cost an average of £185k to open and we are looking for Partners who want to grow to at least 5 stores. Our new Partners will be those who offer:

• A strong belief in our brand and an aligned set of cultural values
• Entrepreneurial spirit with proven management capabilities
• A passion for delivering great customer service and to developing people
• Broad business experience (hospitality an advantage)
• A minimum of £200k of own money to invest with access to additional funding
  to suit growth requirements
• Have the capability and drive to grow to at least 5 stores
